He is an experienced banker with expertise in sales and operations of various banking & insurance services in India, united States and the Middle East. In his lifetime, he has recruited and managed large teams across spectrums for Banking and Outsourcing sectors. He is an expert in cross domain skills with experience in setting up and running large scale operations with a strong network in the BFSI segment. Now he is bringing his energy and insight to HireSharp, where he is excited by the opportunity to reinvent how organisations and leaders make the most important decisions in business - who to hire and who to promote.
Sachin post graduated from IIM-A with an engineering degree from Sardar Patel College of Engg. Sachin comes with experience in consulting large corporate houses. His clients included Godrej Interio, Godrej Appliances, Philips and many more. In his last assignments, he has played a pivotal role in developing strategies for these corporates to reach out to the consumer. He has also played an important role in developing a web-based application for these clients.
Alwyn has a B.E in Electronics & Communication and a MBA from NMIMS. He has over two decades of business development and consultative sales experience in IT infrastructure services and HR recruitment sector having worked in various domestic and multi-national companies. Through his career he has successfully managed various aspects of sales, marketing & business development including direct field sales, partner alliance management, cross functional teams across regional and national levels as well as managing service delivery and P&L responsibilities.
Raj is a visionary HR professional with 32 years of professional experience of which 20 years in the HR in the capacity of specialist, generalist, leader, advisor and consultant. He is delivery focused with a proven track record and has a global mindset. He has worked with RAK Bank (UAE) for over a decade as a head of HR services and rewards. Prior to RAK Bank he has worked with Lootah group in UAE and Western Shipyard in India. He has served Indian Armed Forces for 10 years before getting into the corporate world.

She also holds strong expertise in competency mapping, content development, facilitating training programs and culture transformation interventions. She is a Strategic Learning Consultant with a wide range of business experience in diverse industry sectors. In a career spanning over 17 years, she has held strategic L&D positions in various organizations like Tech-Mahindra, Tata Motors, Kotak life. With her focus area being Talent Transformation through learning Interventions.
Kavita holds a MBA in HR and a Psychologist with masters in applied psychology. She has developed content and conducted soft skill training programmes for employees ranging across all grades in corporates like Orix and NTPC. She has extensive experience in developing course content for teachers training and conducting training programmes for school teachers. She has also conducted psychological career guidance assessments and counselling for various schools and colleges.
