Role Description

  • Delivery - Responsible for managing the overall delivery of a defined module. Providing work around to the affected business users whenever required. Performing RCAs to determine cause of recurring incidents and providing solutions for permanent fixes
  • Quality - Ensure all delivery within the module meets the desired level of quality at all times. Carry out reviews as per defined procedure and suggest remedial actions wherever necessary
  • Stakeholder management and relationship building - ensure open communication and appropriate information sharing, and build credibility in order to work effectively with various groups with varied and sometimes conflicting priorities.
  • Business Analysis - Oversee the analysis of the business requirements.
