Many times the role fit is decided on past laurels without mapping the personality traits and competencies required for the role. Our Leadership Style Assessment would help organisations to identify certain strengths and the leadership style by mapping important the style of leadership required in an organisation. This is important while hiring a senior management team member or promoting internally. Our leadership assessment measures some basic competencies like integrity, open to change and interpersonal skills. This assessment helps to identify the leadership styles like delegative, participative, directive, negotiative and consultative leadership. This assessment is especially useful in hiring Senior Management / Vice Presidents / Presidents and CXO level profiles.
