To gauge a candidate's negotiation skills during an interview or through a few observations is not only difficult, but also unreliable. Our assessment will help you to ease out this difficulty. The results will help you to know whether the candidate is assertive and at the same time empathetic as both these attributes are essential to be competent at negotiation. You can evaluate candidate's five different negotiation styles which would reveal how good the candidate is at negotiation.
How it works
