The skills-gap, which is the difference between the skills needed on the job and those possessed by applicants, is of real concern to managers and business owners looking to hire competent employees. Workplace aptitude is an assessment tool that helps to identify the candidate's workplace aptitude or in simple words the candidate's competency at work. The assessment has been developed by suing proven psychometric theories and other skills diagnostic tools while facilitating the assessment and helps recruiters to identify a candidate's strengths and areas of development at the right time before being hired in the industry.
